The minimum rental period for Villa Neseli is one week at the following rates. You can check availability on the calendar below. Blue days are booked, underscored dates are available. Please note the calendar may show an available day following a booked day. This will usually be the day of departure of the previous guest and you will usually be able to occupy the villa later in the day. In any event, when you have selected your holiday dates you should contact us so that we can confirm availability and tell you how to pay your deposit.

A 10% non-returnable deposit will be required when the villa is booked and the balance paid 6-weeks before occupation. A further 10% damage deposit is required together with the final payment, this will be returned within 7-days after the end of your holiday.
We can arrange airport transfers at a cost of £35.00GB each way for up to 4 people and £45.00 each way for up to 10 people – this is paid locally on the day or the day after you arrive. You will be met by your driver at the airport exit on arrival and picked up from the villa on your return. The transfer takes only 20 – 25 minutes.
